 program reflects on the dialogue between human impacts on the earth and na
 ture’s response\, which despite all odds\, always allows for hope.\n\nTh
 e centerpiece of the program is Don MacDonald’s Fire Flowers\, a 7-movem
 ent song cycle that sets the work of Emily Pauline Johnson\, or Tekahionwa
 ke\, Canadian poet of the Mohawk Nation. Alongside the MacDonald\, we’ll
  feature works by Amy Beach\, Johannes Brahms\, Theodore Morrison\, and Al
 berto Grau. \n\nJoin us on May 10 at 1 PM. Tickets are $25 in advance or $
